Our consultation closes on 4th January 2026. Following this we will carefully consider the feedback received before we submit the CMP.

- March 2024 – Regal (Now Arada London) purchased the site from Essential Living
- July 2024 – First round of community engagement
- August 2024 – Review of feedback and further development of the amendments
- November 2024 – Second round of community engagement
- Spring 2025 – Submission of application to London Borough of Camden Council
- June 2025 – Approval of updated proposals
- November 2025 – Consultation on Construction Management Plan (CMP)
- Early 2026 – Submission of CMP and determination by Camden Council
- Spring 2026 – Start of main construction works
- Summer 2027 – Superstructure and external works
- Late 2028 – Completion and handover
